Cancellation

Refunds

Fees for a started month are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error or a verified fault on our side stopped you from using the Service for a significant part of the month, write to us and we will review a refund or credit. [CONFIRM with business team]

Credits

Unused monthly AI credits on the Team plan expire at the end of the billing month unless stated otherwise.

Taxes

Prices exclude GST, which is added to the invoice as applicable.
